I will be going in a new direction with my jewelry so I am currently only selling my product. I am *NOT* accepting custom orders at this time. All pieces are final of their kind so get them before they are gone!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Please note AshleiJ Design is not responsible for any customs charges that you may incur.

Please also note AshleiJ Design does not offer shipping insurance unless a customer personally requests it. Your items will be securely packaged to help protect it during shipping, however, AshleiJ Design is not liable for any damages caused during shipping. If you prefer to have your item insured, please contact me prior to paying so that you may receive a revised invoice for your purchase.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Most items ship within 5 business days of receiving your payment. Please allow extra time for processing of larger pieces.
